Benoit Clerc is a graduate of ESCP Business School, Paris and a member of S.N.P.I. (National Association of Real Estate Professionals). He makes very realistic valuations based on his perfect knowledge of the property market in Savoie and Haute-Savoie. Since 2010, Benoit has been carrying on the values conveyed by his parents, Isabelle Clerc and Jean-Claude Clerc, founders of Agence Clerc in 1980. His passion for the mountains and far-flung expeditions has taken him to the top of Everest. His communication skills for his client's projects are excellent.
She has been worked in the property business with Agence Clerc for 25 years and this experience has given her a very good knowledge of our area. He is an ENSI graduate (Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Ingénieurs de Bourges). After ten successful years in industry, he chose a career in property, combining his passion for building and architecture with enjoying contact with people. He is also a ski instructor and another mountain enthusiast and so will communicate with the same positive energy as in his sport
